Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for engineering drawing review, field investigation, survey and mapping, supervise the design unit to modify and improve the drawings as required;
2, assist the bidding work, participate in bidding to the examination and approval of engineering drawings, drawing up relevant provisions;
3, responsible for project construction quality, progress and cost control, to solve specific technical problems in construction;
4, coordination between party a and the construction units and supervision units and with the relationship between the various professional;
5, organization staff review completion data and to the unit, monomer project completion acceptance inspection and organization.
Qualifications:
1, college or above, major in architecture, civil engineering, building engineering related field;
2, 5 years of relevant working experience, intermediate above title, construction of teacher's qualification is preferred;
3, familiar with national and local relevant laws and regulations, be familiar with the construction and installation drawings, specifications and project management basic program;
4, familiar with the process of the construction site management, understand market engineering cost information and material information;
5, able to skillfully use autocad.
