1, urge the construction unit as required by the company to establish operation standard, clear the construction technology, make each work of work order, make the construction in an orderly way;
2, in under the guidance of engineers, supervise and urge the construction unit shall, in accordance with the construction organization design and construction progress;
3, according to the design requirements, operating procedures and inspection standards to the construction units for technical clarificaiton and security;
4, to the problems arising from the construction drawings and report in a timely manner, communication, solve;
5, supervision and construction process, quality, raw material testing, basic, intermediate structure and concealed engineering acceptance, for the collection of engineering information, etc.;
6, assist in communication and coordination between the owner, the construction units and supervision units of work.
qualifications
1, college or above, major in architecture, civil and building engineering or related major;
2, 5 years working experience in the construction site, assistant engineer above title;
3, familiar with building codes and construction process and technical requirements, to be able to read the construction drawing and calculation of quantities, construction and acceptance specification, familiar with the construction procedure and construction process;
4, the quality of construction, safety and civilized construction management have deep understanding, skilled use of CAD and other computer software;
5, a strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, good team consciousness and communication ability.
