Job recruitment:administrative personnel supervisor (property)
Job Description:
Job requirements:
1, responsible for recruiting work, apply for personnel appointment, reception and interview;
2, responsible for employees entry formalities, employee's labor contract signed, renewal and management;
3, responsible for the establishment and management of the company internal staff files;
4, responsible for the coordination work with other departments, do a good job in information transmission;
5, responsible for the logistics department of the administration of the company or related work;
6, responsible for the performance of attendance and salary calculation;
7, responsible for department daily administrative affairs, cooperate with the superior administrative personnel's work;
8, be responsible for the formulation, supervise and carry out enterprise management rules and regulations, administrative personnel management system and the working process, the performance appraisal system;
9, responsible for the decommission of departing employees, including office supplies, keys, attendance accounting, resignation certificate and termination of the contract;
10, is responsible for the management of labor contract, all kinds of agreement and all kinds of hr and administrative document;
11, assist department to do a good job during the holiday arrangements, including on duty arrangement work;
12, responsible for enterprise asset allocation, including office equipment, office supplies management, including inventory, maintenance, registration, etc.;
13, administrative examination and approval or property office and other departments requirement of all kinds of yearly check and filing work (labor hours, total wages, benefits, company qualification, etc.)
14, complete other work assigned by the leadership of the matters.
Qualifications:
1, college degree or above, major in administration, human resources or related field;
2, have good writing ability;

4, familiar with office software and office equipment now.
5, good image and characteristic, strong self-discipline, strong executive ability, work work, have a strong sense of collective identity;
