Job requirements:
1, electrical, water supply and drainage, hvac and other related professional college degree or above;Intermediate and above titles;
2, 5 years experience in electrical, plumbing construction management engineering, including 3 years relevant professional experience in construction management in real estate enterprises;Familiar with real estate project operation process and management system;
3, familiar with some real estate project knowledge of electrical, plumbing, cost consciousness, able to solve the problems in the construction;
4, has the certain organization coordinated ability and expression ability.
